Most Stride Pro Wrestling shows happen on a Saturday night. But the next event is a rare Friday evening show. I've dubbed it Friday Night's Main Event as the company heads to Gallatin County School on Sept. 21. That show is a benefit for the school.

Stride Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Tony Flood will defend against Heath Hatton that night. It's a homecoming of sorts for Hatton, who grew up not far from the area and has a child who attends the school. Hatton is also no stranger to Flood. The two traded the Legacy Championship last fall. They also both competed for the heavyweight title at the very first Stride show in March 2016. Ax Allwardt walked out the champion that night.

I'm looking forward to this next matchup between Hatton and Flood. Tony is at his best when he's in the ring with Hatton. The two have great chemistry and feed off one another perfectly. Flood's confidence level, which never seems to be lacking, surges when he's at odds with Hatton. It's not just his skills in the ring that shine but also his words. I love watching these two tell a story in the ring.

Don't miss this match. Remember, this show is happening FRIDAY, Sept. 21. Bell time is 6:30 p.m. at Gallatin County School. See you there.
