Fans of Stride Pro Wrestling know Bo Sawyer has been in pursuit of various things that go bump in the night. He's one-half of the former tag team champions and the president of the Midwest Monster Hunters. He and Jason Tiller haven't caught any monsters here in Stride. But over the weekend, Sawyer picked up more gold.

Sunday afternoon Sawyer beat Dalton Davis, Terrance, Cole Adams and Zac Burklow for the TriState Wrestling Heavyweight Championship. The champion and Sawyer's stablemate, Blaine Black was taken out before the match even started. Sawyer was the last man standing in this scramble match.

TSW is a company based in Vincennes, Indiana and does a lot of benefit shows for that community. Relay for Life, Wounded Warriors and the American Red Cross fire relief fund are just a few of the groups that have benefitted from previous wrestling shows.

TSW is back in action on June 30 at the Catfish Festival in Shoals, Indiana. Bo will have a title defense that night. Congrats again to this Stride star who is making a name for himself around the midwest.
