Irresistible force vs. Immovable object

Gorilla Monsoon made the phrase "the irresistible force meets the immovable object" during the main event of WrestleMania III. That night it was Hulk Hogan battling Andre the Giant. I believe there's never been a more appropriate time to utter that phrase at a Stride Pro Wrestling than now. 400 pound Bull Bronson goes one on one with near 300 pound Roger Matheus.

The bad blood all stems from an incident at the end of the main event last month. Bronson was battling Jay Spade for the Stride Pro Wrestling Championship. Matheus, frustrated by his inability to beat Spade for the title back in January and coming up short in the Stride Rumble, hit the ring before the match was over. The former champ got involved and caused Bronson to get disqualified.

The two went nose to nose before Matheus retreated and grabbed me for some reason. Just before he attempted to destroy me in the ring, Bull returned and saved the day. The two behemoths then traded blows before Matheus retreated to the locker room.

Bull makes the save
Saturday night's showdown will be one for the ages. This is quite literally the biggest one on one match Stride Pro Wrestling has seen. Despite being a good guy, Bronson has a mean streak in him. He'll need it as Matheus is the most intimidating wrestler I've ever encountered. His record also speaks for itself.

Join us Saturday night. We're helping raise money for Christopher Elementary School. Bell time is 7 p.m.
See you there.
