Masters interrupts the dance off

With the recent media blitz for AAPW Main Event (Saturday, January 14 in Marion, Illinois), I've been asked by a lot of people (non-wrestling fans) the same question. "Are you REALLY wrestling?" The answer yes.

This match Saturday night is the real deal. I am stepping in the ring and will do my best against AAPW bully Mike Masters. It's time for me to pay for the chair shot I gave him nearly a year ago. Masters, although he cheated, beat Jay Spade to set up our contest. I made the deal, now I have to face the consequences.

I love the fact that so many people are supporting me in this endeavor. Several wrestlers with AAPW have helped me prepare for this match. I've never wrestled before, not even in high school, so I don't know what to expect. I'm an Eagle scout so I'll get into the ring and do my best.

I expect Masters is cool and confident and will focus more on beating me up than beating me in the middle of the ring. My strategy? Walk out of the ring. Win, lose, or draw I'm looking forward to the opportunity. Hope you'll join us on the 14th. Bell time is 6:45. Go to AAPW's website for tickets.
