I'm excited about this blog for a couple of reasons. First, I'd like to thank you for reading it today. Whether this is the first of the 968 blogs posted on My 1-2-3 Cents or you've read every single one of them, I truly appreciate your support. Today marks the 3rd birthday for this site. I created it on September 3, 2010, after some encouragement from a friend of mine who is a great financial blogger (and veteran and now published author Jeff Rose) He's the one who told me I should be blogging about wrestling, and so I did it.
I had been writing another blog called I'm Just Sayin', but I wasn't consistent or very passionate about it. With this blog, I've been extremely active with it and dedicated to keeping the content fresh. If you've been along since 2010, you know up until recently this was only a wrestling blog. I've decided to diversify a bit and add more content and it's shown a spike in readership. After all, this is a blog and the goal at the end of the day is to have more readers. I still have a long way to go to match up with my friends who blog, but I am proud of the things we've accomplished here.
The new mantra: Wrestling. Pop Culture. Life. makes it much easier to come up with daily content. While I do most of the writing here, I've had help along the way. My partner in crime and Wrestlemania "bromance" buddy Chad has contributed a lot of the material here and shares his interesting perspective on things. His knowledge of Chikara Pro has been invaluable as well as his look at wrestling companies on the west coast.
I've had a handful of other friends in wrestling share their 1-2-3 Cents through the years. I appreciate Travis, Aaron, Adam, and Drew for writing for the page too. I need to thank my brother for coming up with the My 1-2-3 Cents banner on our Facebook page. And others have given me some great ideas for topics, so for that, I thank you.
Last year when I blogged on our second birthday or anniversary (which should I call it?) we were at around 234,000 page views. As of this writing, we're at 363,535. That excites me too, because I started the year off slacking. The last couple of months I've ramped up my writing and refocused the efforts here. I hope you, the reader, are enjoying the changes and the topics are interesting to you. I'm always open to suggestions and I have thick skin, so you can be brutally honest.
This blog was the start of several other My 1-2-3 Cents projects. We're on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. Chad and I each have Instagram and Twitter accounts too, so check us out. Wrestling fans, thanks again for being with us and baring with the changes to the format. Newcomers, thanks for checking us out. I can't thank you all enough for your support! You should read more articles and listen to others. These are all right, but you cant be satisfied with this. If you dont see the real truth through the video with your own eyes, in fact, you are far from what you call "real like" or "Appropriate" still has a certain distance. Anyone who has taken art photos or wedding photos knows that in addition to the shooting costs, there are often post-retouching costs, so some people feel that many newcomers have the feeling of deja vu. It's not just photos, whether the watch is suitable for you, size, weight, color, etc., in fact, you need a detailed video of the actual shot to see a general idea. Many super fake rolex for sale, they will provide real shot video via email.
